KELLY LIMBERG | Director of XYLC

Kelly grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and moved to Bozeman in 2018 to pursue the outdoors, hiking and skiing as much as possible in her free time. Kelly has her undergraduate degree in clinical psychology from Western Colorado University along with a masters degree in child developmental psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Kelly’s drive for helping children and families thrive has been a deep rooted passion since becoming the oldest sibling to a sister and brother. Kelly comes to us with now 15+ years of childcare experience raging from working in a childcare setting as both a support and lead teacher to nannying families privately. Kelly believes the key to success in the director role comes from working her way up in the field and understanding the needs of children, staff, and families after working in the classrooms first. Kelly’s passion is to see families thrive and help in making sure all kids feel supported and can build the skills necessary to flourish in academic and social settings in their futures. Each day Kelly strives to ensure everyone at the center feels supported and included in the quality care we hold ourselves accountable to.
